Summary:The invention discloses a cost-reducing device for attaching algae to culture net cages at the upstream of the Yellow River. The invention provides a device for reducing the removal cost of the algae attached to the culture net cages at the upstream of the Yellow River. According to the device, on the basis of a traditional culture net cage, a 3m-long netting on the upper portion of a culture netting system is contracted to a floating frame system through an electric capstan, and after the netting is exposed to the sun, a large number of algae attached to the surface of the netting die. At the moment, algae located at the position 0-3 m below the water surface begin to breed, the shrunk netting is completely released 30 days later, and the algae originally attached to the position 0-3 m on the surface layer naturally die due to insufficient illumination. The method can reduce the cost of removing algae attached to the net cage through traditional manual net washing of the Yellow River upstream cold water fish
