The invention discloses accessing memory using index offset information. Techniques and mechanisms for identifying memory access resources for serving as a target of an access request. In an embodiment, a processor includes a routing table to provide entries corresponding to respective different memory access resources coupled to the processor. The processor further includes a list of items each corresponding to a respective different address range, where the items each include an identifier of a respective routing table and an identifier of a respective index offset.
