A marine LNG filling device comprises an LNG filling liquid phase pipe connecting a marine LNG fuel tank and an LNG filling station, the LNG filling liquid phase pipe is composed of a header pipe, a top filling pipe and a bottom filling pipe, the top filling pipe and the bottom filling pipe are connected with the header pipe, and LNG flow adjusting valves are arranged on the header pipe, the top filling pipe and the bottom filling pipe.
