Summary:The invention provides an acetylcholin esterase activity detection method, which comprises the following steps: mixing 140 [mu] L of a phosphate buffer solution, 10 [mu] L of a 5, 5 '-dithiobis (2-nitrobenzoic acid) solution, 10 [mu] L of an acetylcholin esterase solution and 10 [mu] L of a sample solution in sequence, and oscillating and incubating the mixed solution; adding 10 [mu] L of a thioacetylcholine iodide solution into the mixed solution for a reaction, starting a microplate reader at the same time, and monitoring the absorbance value of a reaction system at 405 nm; and continuously monitoring for 60 minutes, and measuring the absorbance value once per minute to obtain a curve of the absorbance value and the monitoring time.
