The invention discloses a 5G-based hospital outpatient service navigation system, which relates to the technical field of navigation and comprises a cloud service platform, a hospital information management module, a semantic navigation scheme module and a virtual navigation module. According to the invention, the hospital building information and the outpatient department information are acquired to establish the hospital VR electronic graph, then the semantic relationship library is established according to the hospital building information, the outpatient department information and the hospital VR electronic graph, and meanwhile, the corresponding semantic navigation scheme is established according to the semantic relationship library and the electronic registration list of the user to navigate the user. According to the method, the semantic relation library of the hospital and the VR electronic map of the hospital are established, so that the semantic navigation scheme convenient for the user to understan
