The invention provides a buried test pile capable of preventing accumulated water from entering and discharging condensed water in the pile and an installation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of pipeline electrical parameter test piles. A buried test pile comprises a test pile cylinder, a junction box and a test terminal, the upper end of the test pile cylinder is provided with a waterproof sealing cover, and the buried test pile further comprises a filter layer and a one-way valve structure; the filter layer is arranged in the test pile cylinder and divides an inner cavity of the test pile cylinder into an upper cavity and a lower cavity which are arranged up and down, the junction box and the test terminal are installed in the upper cavity, and a water leakage hole is formed in the lower end of the lower cavity; the one-way valve structure is arranged below the filtering layer so as to prevent accumulated water from flowing backwards into the upper cavity. The service life of the test pil
