The invention relates to an animal behavior detection system. The system comprises a behavior box used for controlling an experimental animal to generate detection behaviors, an image acquisition unit used for collecting the detection behaviors of the experimental animal, and a control center used for controlling the image acquisition unit to generate a two-dimensional or three-dimensional image. In response to an operation instruction of an experimenter on the system terminal, the control center controls the display to provide a two-dimensional image of the experimental animal for the experimenter based on image data related to the experimental animal provided by the image acquisition unit; and images displayed on the interactive terminal in parallel in two-dimensional and three-dimensional modes are generated based on the selection of experimenters on the two-dimensional image.
