Summary: | The invention provides a debugging method and device of a single-chip microcomputer, a processor and electronic equipment, and the method comprises the steps: reading a function address range, the function address range being an address set of target functions, the target functions being all functions executing operations on target variables, and the target variables comprising global variables in the single-chip microcomputer; when the single-chip microcomputer is in the debugging monitoring mode and executes the operation instruction, the operation instruction is interrupted, and the operation instruction is an instruction requesting to operate the target variable; and debugging the single-chip microcomputer according to the PC pointer address and the function address range corresponding to the operation instruction. The problem that the single-chip microcomputer cannot be debugged under the condition that no debugger exists in the prior art is at least solved.
