Summary:According to the structured light three-dimensional imaging system and method based on the metasurface, high-quality regulation and control are conducted on a laser beam through a regulation and control device based on the metasurface, scanning projection of the laser beam is conducted through an MEMS micromirror, and high-precision reconstruction of three-dimensional information of the surface of an object is achieved in cooperation with a related structured light design and demodulation method; according to the invention, fine regulation and control of the structured light are realized, the quality of the light field of the structured light is improved, laser speckles are reduced, and the power is improved, so that the purpose of improving the precision and robustness of three-dimensional imaging is achieved. 一种基于超表面的结构光三维成像系统及方法,通过使用基于超表面的调控器件对激光光束进行高质量的调控,使用MEMS微镜进行激光光束的扫描投射,配合相关的结构光设计和解调方法,实现对物体表面三维信息的高精度重建;本发明实现了对结构光的精细调控,提升结构光光场的质量、降低激光散斑、提升功率,从而达到提高三维成像精度和鲁棒性的目的。
