Summary:The present invention relates to 4-(1-hydroxy-3, 4-dihydro-1H-benzo [c] [1, 2] oxaborin-3-yl) benzamidine derivatives and their use in the treatment of skin diseases and conditions (e.g., Neethton Syndrome, rosacea, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis and pruritus) caused by very high levels of protease activity, in particular serine proteases such as kallikrein.
