Summary: | The invention relates to a process for treating plastic pyrolysis oil, comprising: a) selective hydrogenation of said feedstock in the presence of at least hydrogen and at least one selective hydrogenation catalyst; b) hydrotreating the hydroprocessing effluent in the presence of at least hydrogen and at least one hydrotreating catalyst to obtain a hydrotreated effluent; c) hydrocracking the hydrotreated effluent in the presence of at least hydrogen and at least one hydrocracking catalyst to obtain a hydrocracked effluent; d) separation of the hydrocracking effluent in the presence of the aqueous stream at a temperature of 50-370 DEG C to obtain at least one gaseous effluent, an aqueous liquid effluent and a hydrocarbon-based liquid effluent.
