The invention discloses a three-dimensional reconstruction method and device for an aircraft fuel tank, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring point cloud data acquired by a structured light three-dimensional scanner in different poses in an aircraft fuel tank; determining corresponding points from any two frames of point cloud data, and constructing a corresponding point set; determining a transformation matrix based on the relationship between the corresponding points in the corresponding point set; according to the transformation matrix, transforming first point cloud data in the two frames of point cloud data to obtain transformed first point cloud data; judging whether the distance between the transformed first point cloud data and second point cloud data except the first point cloud data in the two frames of point cloud data is smaller than a set threshold value or not; if not, updating the first point cloud data and repeating the above steps; and
