The invention discloses an optical fiber preform rod deposition workshop experiment rod putting scheduling method and system. The method comprises the following steps: (1) according to a current production plan and a putting plan of a process test rod, drawing an interference pattern H representing the time when preform deposition equipment and preform sintering equipment need to wait for machines due to the fact that a preform deposition process and a preform sintering process need to be carried out in sequence; (2) by adopting heuristic learning, according to the interference graph obtained in the step (1), optimizing a production scheduling plan obtained by adding a putting plan of a process test bar into a current production plan by taking the sum of interference of the production scheduling plan as fitness and taking the minimum fitness as an optimization target; the interference sum of the production scheduling plan is the total number of the equipment pairs which interfere with each other in the produc
