The invention provides a low-temperature differential pressure gauge with an air/liquid exhausting function and a use method thereof. The low-temperature differential pressure gauge comprises a differential pressure gauge, a pressure guiding pipe and an air inlet pipe, one end of the pressure guiding pipe is communicated with a pressure measuring opening of the differential pressure gauge, and the other end of the pressure guiding pipe is inserted into a liquid phase; a control valve is arranged at one end of the air inlet pipe, and the other end of the air inlet pipe is communicated with the pressure guide pipe; and the air inlet pipe is positioned outside the measured cavity. The low-temperature differential pressure gauge has the function of exhausting gas/liquid. 本发明提供了一种可排气/液功能的低温压差计及其使用方法，包括：压差计、引压管以及进气管；所述引压管的一端连通设置在所述压差计的测压口，所述引压管的另一端插入液相；所述进气管的一端设置有控制阀门，所述进气管的另一端与所述引压管相连通；所述进气管位于所测腔室外。本发明的低温压差计具有排气/液的功能。
