According to the tidal energy hydroelectric power generation device, seawater is influenced by ocean current to drive the movement buoy to swing, the movement buoy moves to pull the traction cable to drive the power generation turbine to generate power, and electric power is led out through a cable; in the moving process of the moving buoy, the traction cable at the rear end drives the whole moving sleeve to move through the traction support, water flow drives the arc-shaped moving blades to assist movement of the moving sleeve, the movin
