Summary: | The invention discloses epoxidized soybean oil-based acrylic resin and nail polish gel prepared from the epoxidized soybean oil-based acrylic resin, and the epoxidized soybean oil-based acrylic resin is prepared by the following steps: mixing a catalyst, a first polymerization inhibitor, first acrylic hydroxyl ester and first acid anhydride for reaction, then adding second acid anhydride for continuous reaction for 0.5-3 hours, and finally adding epoxidized soybean oil to obtain a prepolymer; and adding second acrylic acid hydroxyl ester and diisocyanate into the prepolymer, and reacting at the temperature of 30-60 DEG C until the infrared peak value of NCO disappears, thereby obtaining the polyurethane resin with carbon-carbon double bonds, ester groups, epoxy groups and other groups.
