Summary: | The invention discloses a modular fuel cell system architecture and a wire harness. Embodiments provide systems and methods for modularizing a device. In various embodiments, the wire harness is provided to accommodate many different configurations of the module. The wire harness may be used as a single element that needs to be replaced and/or connected to accommodate different configurations of the module. The wire harness may be modular. In various embodiments, unused lines of the wire harness are capped. In various embodiments, the cap completes the circuit such that the control system interprets the system as if there are unused lines that function, while the control system can close the system while the unused lines remain uncapped. In various embodiments, wire harnesses are used to send control signals to elements of a parallel power system having high voltage systems that are electrically isolated from each other.
