Summary: | The invention relates to the technical field of mineral processing, and particularly discloses a direct flotation method for micro-fine particle iron-containing cassiterite. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: firstly, finely grinding micro-fine particle iron-containing cassiterite raw ore, then adding a roughing regulator and a collecting agent, and carrying out tin roughing to respectively obtain tin rough concentrate and roughing tailings; a regulator and a collecting agent are added into the tin rough concentrate for heating treatment, and a heating operation product is obtained; and carrying out tin concentration on the heated product to respectively obtain tin concentrate and concentrated tailings. The method is high in adaptability to raw materials, high in guarantee of concentrate indexes, good in economic feasibility and good in industrialization prospect.
