The invention relates to an inductor electrode structure, an inductor and a manufacturing method of the inductor electrode structure, the inductor electrode structure comprises an inductor conductor arranged on an electrode surface of an inductor magnet, the inductor conductor is connected with an internal coil of the inductor magnet, the inductor electrode structure further comprises a filler which is tightly filled around the inductor conductor and is consistent with the inductor conductor in height, and the filler is arranged on the electrode surface of the inductor magnet. A metallization layer is attached to the surface, with the height consistent with that of the filler, of the inductance conductor, and the surface, except for the metallization layer, of the inductance magnet is coated with an insulation layer.
