The invention is suitable for the technical field of mining, and provides a blast hole layout method and device, terminal equipment and a computer readable storage medium, the method comprises the steps that at least one initial layout result of blast holes for a target rock mass is obtained, and the blast holes refer to holes for placing explosives in the target rock mass; constructing a three-dimensional model corresponding to each initial layout result by utilizing finite element analysis software; performing a blasting simulation test on the three-dimensional model corresponding to each initial layout result to obtain a blasting test result corresponding to each initial layout result; and selecting a target layout result from the at least one initial layout result according to the blasting test result. Compared with the prior art that only a certain number of blast holes are uniformly arranged, the method provided by the invention needs to determine the target layout result of the blast holes according to
