Abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of biomedical materials, and particularly relates to an anti-adhesion preparation and device as well as a preparation method and application of the anti-adhesion preparation and device. The device comprises a pre-filling injector and an anti-adhesion preparation preloaded in the pre-filling injector, the anti-adhesion preparation is composed of water-soluble gel and a solid membrane mixed in the water-soluble gel. The viscosity of the water-soluble gel is 1.01 * 10 <-3 > Pa.s to 9.99 * 10 < 6 > Pa.s; the thickness of the solid membrane is 0.01 [mu] m to 2 [mu] m; the area of the solid membrane is 0.1 mm < 2 > to 50 cm < 2 >; and cutting the prepared solid membrane, adding the cut solid membrane into the prepared water-soluble gel, uniformly mixing, and pre-filling into an injector to obtain the anti-adhesion device filled with the anti-adhesion preparation.
