The invention provides a system starting-up method and a related computer system, the method is used for a computer system comprising a plurality of central processing units, the computer system further comprises a starting-up unit, and the system starting-up method comprises the following steps: the starting-up unit determines a starting-up mode of the computer system; transmitting a power-on signal about the power-on mode to the plurality of central processing units of the computer system; and the plurality of central processing units enter a multi-central processing unit startup mode or an independent startup mode according to the startup signal. The method is used for dispersing the risk of a computer system on the premise of considering high-speed operation. 本文提供了一种系统开机方法及其相关电脑系统，其中方法用于包含多个中央处理器的一电脑系统，所述电脑系统另包含有一开机单元，其中所述系统开机方法包含有所述开机单元决定所述电脑系统的一开机模式；将关于所述开机模式的一开机信号传送至所述电脑系统的所述多个中央处理器；以及所述多个中央处理器根据所述开机信号进入一多中央处理器开机模式或进入一独立开机模式。本文用以兼顾高速运算的前提下，分散电脑系统的风险。
