Summary: | The invention relates to the technical field of antioxidants, and particularly provides a copper surface antioxidant composition and a preparation method thereof. The copper surface antioxidant composition is prepared from the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 2 to 3 percent of acid, 1 to 2 percent of short carbon chain alcohol, 0.15 to 0.25 percent of benzimidazole and derivatives thereof, 0.15 to 0.25 percent of benzotriazole and derivatives thereof, 0.01 to 0.1 percent of amino acid polymer, 0.2 to 0.4 percent of sodium sulfate, 0.15 to 0.25 percent of sodium molybdate, 0.05 to 0.1 percent of sodium potassium tartrate tetrahydrate and the balance of deionized water. In a preferable example, the raw material component can also comprise mercaptotriazole and a derivative thereof or a mercaptoalkyl polyglycol ether surfactant.
