The invention discloses a graphene polyethylene composite functional master batch and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, selecting raw materials in proportion; step 2, preparing modified graphene powder; 3, drying the polyethylene slices, the modified graphene powder, the first functional additive and the second functional additive respectively; step 4, grinding the dried polyethylene slices, then adding the modified graphene powder, a first functional additive and a second functional additive into the polyethylene slice powder, and mixing and stirring; and step 5, melting, stirring and banburying the obtained mixed powder, and then feeding the mixed powder into a screw extruder for extrusion and granulation. The invention also provides the graphene polyethylene composite functional master batch prepared by the method. The graphene polyethylene composite functional master batch prepared by the invention is used for producing polyethylene composite fibers, and the o
