The preparation method comprises the following steps: controlling Al < 3 + > in (Ce, Y) 3Al5O12 to be excessive to obtain an Al2O3-(Ce, Y) 3Al5O12 complex phase; the molar weights of Al < 3 + >, Ce < 3 + > and Y < 3 + > are calculated through the chemical formula of x wt.% Al2O3-(Y1-yCey) 3Al5O12, x is larger than or equal to 10 and smaller than or equal to 90, y is larger than or equal to 0.0005 and smaller than or equal to 0.05, and a mixed ion precipitation solution of Al < 3 + >, Ce < 3 + > and Y < 3 + > is obtained through a coprecipitation method; washing, drying, sieving and calcining the precipitation solution to obtain Al2O3-YAG: Ce complex phase powder; and preparing the multiphase powder into a ceramic biscuit, and performing vacuum sintering to obtain the multiphase fluorescent ceramic.
