The membrane humidifier for a fuel cell according to the present invention comprises: a hollow fiber membrane cartridge including a cartridge case formed to be hollow and having an opening facing both sides in the longitudinal direction, a plurality of vent holes formed in the side wall of the cartridge case, and a hollow fiber membrane formed in the cartridge case and having a plurality of through holes formed in the side wall of the cartridge case, and a resin layer formed between the hollow fiber membrane and the cartridge case; the hollow fiber membrane cartridge includes a cartridge case into which the hollow fiber membrane is inserted, a resin layer which fills the inner space on both sides of the cartridge case in the length direction, a membrane humidifier case in which the hollow fiber membrane cartridge is formed, and a partition plate formed in the inner space of the membrane humidifier case; the partition plate includes a mounting hole inserted into a lengthwise end of the cartridge case. 根据本发明的燃料
