The preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding and mixing the refractory aggregate, preparing the carrier, preparing the suspending agent, preparing the binder, uniformly mixing the refractory aggregate and the binder, adding the mixture into the carrier, putting the prepared pasty suspending agent and the active agent into the carrier in batches during the period, and continuously stirring for more than 3 hours, thereby obtaining the product. Therefore, all the components of the coating are fully and uniformly mixed.
