The present disclosure provides techniques related to certain polymer combination preparations and uses thereof. In many embodiments, such polymer combination formulations are temperature responsive. In some embodiments, such polymer combination formulations may be used as immunomodulatory biomaterials, e.g., to induce innate immunity or eliminate inflammation (e.g., immunosuppressive inflammation).
