Devices, systems, and methods for determining the body temperature of a patient based on a multi-mode wearable biosensor applied to the body surface that measures a plurality of physiological, physical, and skin surface/microclimate thermal parameters, derives additional instantaneous parameters, learns temporal dynamics-based background parameters, and determines the body temperature of the patient based on the acquired temporal dynamics-based background parameters.
