The constant-temperature heater comprises an insulating film, a PTC material, an etched copper electrode plate, a polyimide film and a leading-out wire, an etched copper electrode plate and a polyimide film are compounded together in advance, a PTC material is placed on the side of the etched copper electrode plate, outgoing lines are welded to the two ends of the etched copper electrode plate respectively, and after the surface of the PTC material is covered with an insulating film, the whole heater is subjected to vacuum packaging. And the middle PTC material and the etched copper electrode plate are completely coated by the uppermost insulating film and the lowermost polyimide film, so that insulation is realized. Self-adaptive temperature control can be achieved only through the heater, bending is allowed, the heater can be in a special shape, and the application range is wid
