The module comprises a logic gate circuit, a dead zone circuit and the half-bridge driving circuit, the dead zone circuit comprises a first divider resistor, a second divider resistor, a first diode and a first capacitor; one end of the first divider resistor is connected with the output of the logic gate circuit and the negative electrode of the first diode, and the other end of the first divider resistor is connected with the positive electrode of the first diode, one end of the first capacitor, one end of the second divider resistor and the input of the half-bridge drive circuit.
