The high-temperature alloy comprises the following chemical components: 5.5%-6.5% of Al, 11.0%-13.0% of Cr, 0%-1.0% of Co, 1.5%-2.5% of Nb, 3.8%-5.2% of Mo, 0.5%-0.9% of Ti, 0.03%-0.07% of C, 0.005%-0.015% of B, 0.05%-0.15% of Zr, 0%-0.5% of Si, 0%-0.015% of P, 0%-0.015% of S, 0%-0.25% of Mn, 0%-0.5% of Fe, 0%-0.5% of Cu, 0%-0.15% of Ta, 0%-0.01% of Mg and the balance of Ni. The preparation method of the high-temperature alloy comprises the following steps: melting and refining six chemical components of Ni, Cr, Mo, Co, C and Nb; after refining is finished, powering off and cooling to form a film in the alloy liquid; three chemical components of Al, Ti and part of Mg are added for melting; two chemical components B and Zr are added for melting; adding the rest Mg for melting; and pouring the alloy liquid into an ingot mold to prepare a high-temperature alloy
