Provided is an oil-based rod-like cosmetic material which contains a sufficient silicone-based coating agent, has good impact resistance and moldability, and has excellent secondary adhesion resistance and usability. The oil-based rod-like cosmetic according to the present invention contains a wax component, and the oil-based rod-like cosmetic contains the following components (A)-(E), the content of the wax component being 5-30% by mass relative to the total amount of the cosmetic, and the wax component containing 30-95% by mass of the component (A). (A) polyethylene wax; (B) at least one selected from the group consisting of candelilla wax and carnauba wax; (C) a coloring pigment; (D) a silicone coating agent; and (E) a viscous pigment dispersion oil agent. 本发明提供一种油性棒状化妆料，其包含充分的硅酮系皮膜剂，并且耐冲击性、成型性良好，且耐二次附着性、使用性优异。本发明的油性棒状化妆料包含蜡成分，该油性棒状化妆料含有以下的成分(A)～(E)，蜡成分的含量相对于化妆料总量为5～30质量％，在蜡成分中含有30～95质量％的成分(A)。(A)聚乙烯蜡；(B)选自由小烛树蜡和巴西棕榈蜡构成的组中的至少一种；(C)着色颜料；(D)硅酮系皮膜剂；(E)粘性的颜料分散油剂。
