The invention provides an elastic insole and a preparation method and application thereof.The elastic insole comprises an insole body, the insole body comprises a heel calcaneus area, an arch fascia area, a half sole metatarsal bone area and a toe phalanx area, and first TPU elastic particles are arranged in the heel calcaneus area and the half sole metatarsal bone area of the insole body; the toe phalanx area is provided with second TPU elastic particles, the arch fascia area is provided with third TPU elastic particles, the particle size of the first TPU elastic particles is larger than the particle size of the second TPU elastic particles and smaller than the particle size of the third TPU elastic particles, and the density of the first TPU elastic particles is larger than the density of the second TPU elastic particles and larger than the density of the third TPU elastic particles. Therefore, the obtained elastic insole has excellent wearing comfort and movement balance, and also has a massage function. 本
