The invention discloses a composite double-protein composition and a preparation method thereof. The composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of soybean protein isolate, 50-80 parts of whey protein, 16-20 parts of a codonopsis pilosula extract, 10-30 parts of a hawthorn extract, 2-6 parts of a vitamin premix, 30-40 parts of a flavoring agent and 5-6 parts of oat fibers. The invention also comprises a preparation method of the composite double-protein composition. According to the composite double-protein composition disclosed by the invention, animal protein and vegetable protein are matched, and the codonopsis pilosula extract and the hawthorn extract which are used for enhancing the protein effect are added, so that the composite double-protein composition can play roles in relieving fatigue, resisting aging and improving the immunity of a human body, and can be used for reducing plasma cholesterol, reducing diseases such as osteoporosis and the like; the popularization
