The IGBT driving circuit receives a control signal power supply of an external control board and is used for driving the IGBT; the IGBT drive circuit comprises an isolation circuit, a drive and protection circuit and a short circuit detection circuit. The isolation circuit receives voltage and signals from an external control board and then provides a power supply and signals for the IGBT driving and IGBT protection circuit.
