Summary:The invention provides a technology for preventing a power fuse from being separated from a lower electrode of a cylinder cutter along with the action of the cylinder cutter. The lower electrode is connected to both the high-voltage device-side wiring and the power fuse in the cylindrical cutter connected to the distribution line and the high-voltage device-side wiring.
