The invention discloses a form signature method and a form system. The form signature method comprises the following steps: firstly, establishing a construction unit database associated with each signature unit and the unit type of the signature unit in a construction project; during signature, the unit type of a unit to be signed is read from a construction unit database, the content of a form to be signed is read, and form items containing unit type fields are found out; and determining the coordinate position of the form item in the form, and placing the signature on the coordinate position. The method has the advantages of no need of setting in advance, capability of adaptively adjusting the signature position and the like. 本发明公开了一种表单签章方法及表单系统，表单签章方法包括如下步骤：先建立各签章单位与其在施工项目中的单位类型相关联的建设单位数据库；签章时，先从建设单位数据库中读取待签章单位的单位类型，并读取待签章表单的内容，并找出包含单位类型字段的表单项目；确定该表单项目在表格中的坐标位置，并将签章放置在该坐标位置上。本发明具有无需提前设置，能够自适应调整签章位置等优点。
