An amino acid sequence of HPV35 type L1 protein is truncated, codon optimization is performed on a coding nucleotide sequence of the truncated protein to obtain an optimized coding nucleotide sequence, and finally, label-free expression purification is realized by matching with a label-free expression vector containing a specific SD sequence.
