The invention belongs to the technical field of steel plate pin shaft machining, and provides a steel plate pin shaft oil injection hole drilling and internal grinding integrated machining device which comprises a steel plate pin shaft conveying box base, a steel plate pin shaft conveying box, a drilling cutter and a grinding roller. A steel plate pin shaft is input into a conveying channel in a steel plate pin shaft conveying box along a steel plate pin shaft input hole, a main servo motor is started to drive a rotating power mechanism and a rotating steering power mechanism to operate synchronously, and then under the cooperation effect of a telescopic mechanism, a drilling cutter is driven to drill the steel plate pin shaft passing through a drilling cutter inlet and a grinding roller inlet firstly, and then the steel plate pin shaft is conveyed to a grinding roller. The inner side of the steel plate pin shaft is polished through the polishing roller, meanwhile, the rotating steering mechanism is controlle
