Electron transfer in the arsenic methylation process is inhibited, and the arsenic methylation process is blocked; meanwhile, dissolved oxygen in the soil pore water is removed, and hydrogen is generated, so that growth and metabolism of methanogens are promoted, demethylation of methyl arsenic is promoted, and the effect of inhibiting accumulation of methyl arsenic in the soil pore water is achieved.
