Summary: | The invention particularly relates to a preparation method of composite gel particles based on an aqueous two-phase emulsion, which comprises the following steps: carrying out Schiff base reaction on mPEG-CHO and glucose oxidase according to the mass ratio of 1: 1 to synthesize an aqueous two-phase emulsion emulsifier; adding an aqueous two-phase emulsion emulsifier into a mixed solution of a PEG (Polyethylene Glycol) aqueous solution and a Dex aqueous solution to form an aqueous two-phase emulsion; and adding a sodium alginate aqueous solution into the aqueous two-phase emulsion, and carrying out gelation reaction in a calcium chloride aqueous solution to form the composite gel particles based on the aqueous two-phase emulsion.
