The rolling brush comprises a rotating cylinder, and further comprises a heat conduction part and a heat preservation part, the rotating cylinder, the heat conduction part and the heat preservation part are sequentially arranged in the front-back direction, the heat conduction part is attached to the periphery of the rotating cylinder and/or is in clearance fit with the periphery of the rotating cylinder, and the heat conduction part is used for heating a cleaning part and/or cleaning liquid supplied to the cleaning part.
