The invention discloses a seed pelleting processing method and device. The method comprises the following steps: screening seeds; selecting a pelletized material and a charging multiple thereof; the seeds are subjected to compound medicine treatment; preparing a mixed liquid; putting the pelletized material into a powder bin of a processing device; adding the seeds into a roller of a processing device, driving the seeds to rotate, and spraying mixed liquid to the seeds to be processed at the same time; continuously and quantitatively adding pelletized materials, wetting the pelletized materials by the mixed liquid, adhering the pelletized materials to the surfaces of the seeds, and uniformly wrapping the surfaces of the seeds under the action of rotation; and taking out the pelletized seeds, drying and screening to obtain a pelletized seed finished product.
