The production process comprises the following steps of spinning, weaving, dyeing and after-finishing. According to the production process, an air-jet vortex spinning technology is utilized, corn fiber filaments serve as core yarns, super-imitation cotton polyester staple fibers serve as wrap yarns, and corn fiber/super-imitation cotton polyester covering yarns are spun, so that the whole fabric keeps the natural style of cotton, and the fabric has the good moisture absorption, ventilation, natural antibacterial and other functions of corn fibers. 本发明公开了仿棉感玉米纤维针织运动面料的生产工艺，工艺步骤如下：纺纱→织造→染色→后整理。所述的生产工艺利用喷气涡流纺纺纱技术，以玉米纤维长丝作为芯纱，超仿棉聚酯短纤作为包覆纱，纺制玉米纤维/超仿棉聚酯包芯纱，使面料整体保持棉的天然风格，并兼具玉米纤维良好的吸湿透气、天然抗菌等功能。
