Summary:The invention discloses application of SLC9A1 as a target spot in inhibition of avian leukosis viruses, replication of J subtype avian leukosis viruses can be remarkably inhibited by inhibiting or silencing DF-1 fibroblast SLC9A1 genes, and the SLC9A1 can be used as a candidate medicine for inhibiting the J subtype avian leukosis viruses. Six sgRNA sequences are designed by taking the SLC9A1 gene as a target spot, after DF-1 cells are transfected, a cell line for stably expressing the sgRNA sequences is screened out through puromycin, the SLC9A1 gene in host cells is knocked out, and the obtained monoclonal cell strain has resistance phenotype to the J subtype avian leukosis virus, can remarkably inhibit duplication of the J subtype avian leukosis virus in the DF-1 cells, and has a good application prospect.
