Summary:The invention belongs to the field of high polymer materials, and particularly relates to a high-strength automobile sunroof reinforced polypropylene material and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, a nucleating agent, a coupling agent and a compatilizer are mixed to be uniform, then a modifier is added, stirring continues to be conducted, stirring is conducted to be uniform, and the mixed materials are placed in an extruder to be extruded; the glass fibers are added at the rear half section of the extruder by adopting side feeding, and melt extrusion granulation is carried out at the temperature of 190-230 DEG C; the high-strength automobile skylight reinforced polypropylene material provided by the invention is obviously improved in the aspects of strength, modulus and thermal performance, is a novel environment-friendly material with good appearance, and has good mechanical properties as materials of automobile skylight parts.
