Summary: | The invention relates to a low-creep ultraviolet flame-retardant material used in a high-frequency vibration environment, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polypropylene, 40-60 parts of a flame retardant, 0.4-0.8 part of a nucleating agent, 20-40 parts of chopped glass fiber and 0.5-1.5 parts of an ultraviolet aging aid, the flame retardant is a mixture and contains 40wt% of anhydrous zinc phosphate; the anhydrous zinc phosphate is a needle-like crystal with the length-diameter ratio of (3-5): 1; the nucleating agent is a mixture of sodium 2, 2 '-methylenebis (4, 6-di-tert-butylphenyl) phosphate and di [4-tert-butylbenzoic acid] aluminum hydroxide in a mass ratio of 1: 2. The flame-retardant material provided by the invention has good strong ultraviolet aging resistance and flame retardance, and also has good creep resistance under a vibration working condition.
