A casing (4) on the auxiliary windings forms a flat base for the primary winding. The primary winding consists of several layers of dense wire arranged on top of the other with a sleeve of dielectric (5) arranged between two layers. The primary winding can consist of two layers of a copper wire insulated with two lacquer films.
