The invention provides an oscillation type direct current circuit breaker, a breaking system and a control method, the oscillation type direct current circuit breaker comprises a through-flow assembly, a passive component, a controlled voltage source, an energy absorption component and an energy supply component, one end of the passive component is connected with one end of the through-flow assembly, and the other end of the passive component is connected with the controlled voltage source. The other end of the passive component is connected with the other end of the through-flow component through a controlled voltage source; the energy absorption part is connected in parallel to the two ends of the passive part or connected in parallel to the two ends of a series circuit formed by the passive part and the controlled voltage source; the energy supply component is connected in parallel across the controlled voltage source. A voltage source is adopted to controllably excite a passive component and is controlled
